Q. What's the difference in the different options?

A. "Premium Inserts" typically come from a Sunday paper in regions that tend to get the better coupons.  They are thicker than standard inserts and contain more coupons.

"Bargain Inserts" typically come from business edition papers and tend to be thinner, however, more affordable.  These are great for bulk buyers and for those newer to couponing... or those that are on a lower budget.

Q. How much is shipping?

A. Shipping is included in all packages with the exception of the TN P/U orders that are not shipped.

Q. How do I order?

A. 1. View selections for the desired week and choose which region/date you'd like to order.

2.Select desired number of sets from the drop-down menu.

3.Go to the cart and submit payment.  Paypal and Debit/Credit are all acceptable forms of payment.

3. Clipping/Bundling Requested Coupons 
4. Shipping Requested Coupons

For this reason, there are NO refunds for incorrect item selection.

There are NO refunds/credits on lost, delayed or stolen mail/packages. The results achieved are understood to be solely your responsibility and are not contingent upon specific delivery date/day. Should your item arrive damaged we will provide you with the necessary information to file a claim with USPS.

It works like this...

  1. Take a look at the current inventory list on the Products Page.
  2. View a sample of the inserts on the link provided if a preview is available
  3. Add your selection to your shopping cart.
  4. Adjust the amount of your selection if needed
  5. Complete your order on the PayPal website that you are transferred to.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email from Frugal Jen Insert Services when your order has been received.
  7. You will receive a confirmation from Paypal
  8. TN orders are shipped my me personally so your tracking will be entered into paypal immediately upon your label being created.  FL orders are processed at the FL warehouse so tracking information is made available upon request.
